Common questions
What does EPX do?
EPX designs, supplies and installs Elite Precision X, our aluminium and glass acoustic partition system. We handle everything from design to handover for offices and commercial interiors across Singapore and Malaysia.
What is the difference between single glaze and double glaze?
Single glaze uses one pane: 12 mm glass reaches STC 36, and 13.52 mm laminated glass reaches STC 40. It suits 4–6 person meeting rooms and pods. Double glaze uses two panes and reaches STC 45 (10 + 12 mm) to STC 50 (13.52 + 13.52 mm), for boardrooms, director rooms and larger meeting rooms.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is typically within 1–2 weeks, which keeps partitions off the critical path of your fit-out.
What is the shadow line?
An optional 10.5 mm recessed shadow line where the partition meets the drywall. It's built into the system, so no additional trims are needed.
What finishes are available?
Frames come in 11 powder-coat finishes, from Form White and Nordic White to Midnight Slate and Espresso Ash, plus two woodgrain options.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. Every project gets personal attention, whether it is a single meeting room or a full office floor.
Do you work with interior designers and contractors?
Yes. We coordinate drawings, glazing options and finishes with your designer or main contractor so the partitions fit the wider fit-out.
